Krishna Industries

Vatva Phase-4 is an industrial area, so it's always noisy and there’s a lot of smoke and dust in the air. That is where Krishna Industries is based. We have a factory setup here where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s not the kind of place you come to see nice decor. It’s about machines and getting the production lines moving. Most of us wear work clothes that get dirty pretty quickly. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. There are heavy trucks moving in and out of the lane all day long, which makes it hard to park sometimes. Inside the unit, it’s loud, and you have to speak up to be heard over the equipment. We make things here and pack them up for transport. It’s physical work and can be quite tiring by the end of the shift. We usually have our tea break sitting on some crates outside when the weather is okay. The floor is concrete and there’s oil stains here and there. It’s just the reality of a manufacturing spot in Vatva. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the machines and the output. It’s a lot of grease and hard work, but that’s what we do every day. The office part is just a small room with a desk and a fan where we keep the logs.
