We are located in the Bopal area, specifically in the basement of Angan Complex. Our shop is number 5, right below the HDFC Bank. If you know where the Reliance Fresh is in Bhavya Park, we are directly opposite that. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice, but it can be a bit hidden if you aren't looking for the sign. We’ve been here at Bl Live for a while now. It’s a practical little space where we manage our daily operations. There isn't a lot of natural light since we are below ground level, so we have plenty of lamps and overhead lights to keep it bright. The complex is usually quite busy because of the bank and the grocery store nearby, so there is always something going on outside. We mostly deal with local customers who live in the Bopal apartments. It’s not a massive operation with a lot of departments. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it should. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. We like the neighborhood and the people around here are generally friendly. We just focus on getting the job done and making sure we don't make mistakes with the orders. It gets a bit hectic around five in the evening when people get off work.
