We operate out of the Arvind Mills Premises. It’s a huge site with a lot of activity going on all the time. Our corner of the place is dedicated to environmental solutions. Basically, we deal with water treatment and cleaning up industrial processes. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep our daily operations pretty grounded. At Arvind Envisol Pvt. Ltd., we keep it simple. Working within the mills means we’re part of a much larger industrial environment. There's always the sound of machinery in the background. Our office is practical and filled with technical drawings and water samples. We spend a lot of time discussing how to make systems run better. It’s not the kind of job you can do without getting your boots dirty sometimes. We aren't much for fancy presentations. We’d rather just show how the equipment works on site. The team is a mix of engineers and folks who just know how to build things. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about the work. It’s a steady pace here. We’ve been at the Arvind Mills site for a long time, so we know the layout like the back of our hands. It's a solid place to work from. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay ahead of the paperwork, which always seems to pile up no matter what we do. We usually have a few fans going to keep the air moving in the office.
