Spherion Staffing

Spherion Staffing is tucked away at 1 Niranjan Soc on the Memnagar Drive-In Road in Ahmedabad. We have been here in area 52 for a while, helping people find work and helping local businesses find a few extra hands when they need them. It is a small office and we usually have a few people waiting in the chairs out front with their resumes in their laps. Finding a new job can be really stressful, and we see that struggle every day. We are not some massive corporate agency that doesn't remember your name once you leave the room. It is just a few of us trying to match the right person with the right opening. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside on the main road. We do not have a big polished speech about what we do here. We just look at what a company needs and see if we know someone who can actually do the job. There is a lot of filling out forms and checking references, which is not very fun, but it is necessary work. Ahmedabad has a lot of people looking for new opportunities, so we stay pretty busy most weeks. We try to be honest with folks about what is actually available. If there is no job today, we say so. It is better to be direct.
