Solanki Fabricators

We’ve been here in Wadeshwar Udyog Zone for a long time now. If you look for the Star Transport office, we are just right near that spot. It is a noisy area with all the trucks moving in and out every day. Solanki Fabricators is basically just a group of us working with metal and machines. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot because the workshop gets really warm. We handle a lot of cutting and welding for different people who stop by. Sometimes people come in with a sketch on a piece of paper and we try to figure out how to make it work. It isn't a fancy setup. There is dust on the floors and tools all over the benches. My hands are usually covered in grease or iron filings by lunch. We just do the work that comes our way. The neighbors know us well enough. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial zone and we just sit outside and wait it out. It is just how it is around here. We don't have a big office or anything, just the workspace and some old chairs. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they are heading to the transport office. We just keep our heads down and finish the jobs. It’s a busy life but we are used to the rhythm of the machines and the heavy lifting. We stay busy with the work and that is enough for us.
