Shyam Tele Care

Our little spot is B/2 in the Motilal Centre. We’re right near Sales India on Ashram Road. This part of town is usually packed with traffic and people going to work in the big offices. We focus on tele care, which basically means we spend our time looking at phones and communication gadgets. It’s a small shop, tucked into the center. You have to look for the sign near the entrance. Ashram Road is a major place, so there’s always something happening outside. We see a lot of people who are in a hurry, trying to get their devices sorted before they head back to their jobs. We’ve got benches and tools and parts scattered around. It’s not the neatest place in the world, but we know where everything is. We aren't a big chain. It’s just us here, working through the pile of work that comes in every morning. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the regulars who stop by just to say hello. Sometimes the repairs take a while, and sometimes they are quick fixes. We don't make big promises; we just do the work as it comes to us. It’s been our routine for years now. Just a small business on a busy road, keeping things connected as best as we can. We like being part of the noise on Ashram Road and seeing the city move past our door.
