Shukan Institute

We’ve been based at Shukan Institute in Maninagar for a good while. Our room is 104 in the Aishwarya Complex. It’s pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite the Shell Petrol Pump. Jawahar Chowk is also just a short walk away. Maninagar is a busy area, and there’s always something happening outside our windows. The office itself is just a regular setup. We have a few chairs and tables, and some shelves for all the stuff we need. It’s not a big fancy institute with glass walls. We like it this way because it feels more like a local spot. Sometimes the traffic near the petrol pump gets backed up, and you can hear the horns from inside. We just carry on with our work. Most people who come here are from the nearby streets. We know most of the shopkeepers around the complex too. It’s a friendly enough place. We usually start our day early and finish when the sun goes down. The light in the hallway is a bit dim sometimes, but we’ve told the building manager about it. It’s a practical place to work. Nothing is too formal here. We wear regular clothes and talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are. We just keep things moving along every day without much fuss or any big promises.
