Our place is at No. 33 in Payal Park Society, right across from Iscon Plaza in the Satellite area. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve set up our rooms here to help students with their studies. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and whiteboards. During the day, it can get pretty loud with all the traffic coming off the main road near Iscon Plaza, but the students seem to get used to it. We spend a lot of time preparing lessons and talking to parents who come by after work. The society itself is usually pretty quiet, which is a nice contrast to the busy plaza nearby. We’ve been in this building for a while, and the stairs are starting to show some wear from all the foot traffic. We don't have a big corporate lobby; it’s more like a lived-in space where people come to learn. Sometimes the internet is slow or we run out of markers, but we just keep going. Everyone knows everyone here, and it feels more like a small community than a big company. We usually stay late, especially during exam season when the rooms are full of kids trying to get their work done. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing the students finally figure things out makes the cramped office and the noise worth it. It is just what we do every day. We've been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name.
