Amity International

Amity International is located at 5, Vanshree Villa, right opposite Vraj Villa in the Bodakdev area. We are tucked behind the Rajpath Club, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. It’s a bit of a different setup because we operate out of a villa rather than a standard office building. It makes the workday feel a little more relaxed, though we stay very busy with our international trade and coordination. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or on the computer, talking to people in different time zones. The neighborhood is actually quite nice and green, which is a pleasant change from the more industrial parts of the city. We have a small team here, and we usually sit around a big table in what used to be a dining room to discuss our daily tasks. There’s always a pot of coffee going, and the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or follow a strict corporate handbook. We just focus on keeping track of shipments and making sure the paperwork for the exports is all in order. Bodakdev is a busy place, but once you step inside our gate, it’s relatively quiet. We’ve been here for a while now and like the way things are set up. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a big downtown office. We just do our work and head home when the sun finally goes down.
