C U Shah Physiotherapy College is tucked away in 14, Namrata Appartment. We are located in the Dalal Colony part of Ramannagar, which is in Maninagar, Ahmedabad-8. It’s not your typical huge university campus with sprawling lawns. Instead, we operate out of a more residential setting which actually makes it feel a lot more like part of the community. We have students coming in and out all day long, carrying their books and learning about how to help people move better. The apartment building can get a little busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their day. We’ve set up our rooms to be as useful as possible for teaching physiotherapy. It’s a lot of hands-on work, so there is always something going on. Being in Maninagar is great because there are plenty of places nearby for the staff and students to grab a quick snack. We aren't trying to be some high-and-mighty institution. We are just a group of people dedicated to teaching this specific craft. The sign for Namrata Appartment is visible from the street, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Sometimes the hallways are quiet during exams, and other times they are full of chatter. It’s a very human place to be. We just keep things running smoothly day by day and focus on the students who are here to learn their trade. It is a simple place.
