We’ve been here at 40 Saumil Society for a while now. It’s a quiet spot just behind the Himalaya Mall in Ahmedabad. If you know the area, you know it gets busy on weekends, but our street stays mostly calm. We started Shubh Career Solutions because we saw a lot of young people around Gujarat wondering what to do after college. It’s not just about finding a job; it’s more about sitting down and looking at what a person is actually good at. Most days, our desks are piled with files and notes from various interviews we’ve set up. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we get our best thinking done. We handle a lot of paperwork for different companies and talk to candidates all morning. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we spend too long on the phone explaining how to format a resume, but it’s part of the day. People walk in from the mall area occasionally just to ask for directions, and we help them out with that too. It’s just us here, a small team trying to keep things organized. We aren't doing anything fancy. We just keep the doors open, answer the emails as they come in, and try to make sure someone who needs a job gets a chance to talk to the right person at the right time. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we spend our time in this office. We like the neighborhood and the people around here.
