Shri Shakti Medicines

You can find Shri Shakti Medicines over at the Vaghela Boarding Shopping Center in Sanand. We’ve been set up at shop number 18 for a good while now. It’s a handy spot because people can just drop in while they are doing their other shopping errands. We sell all kinds of medicines and basic health supplies that the people in Sanand need. Most days start early with us unlocking the metal shutters and organizing the shelves. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful about how we stack things so we can find them quickly when someone is waiting. We aren’t a big chain store or anything corporate like that. We just know our customers by name and try to have what they are looking for when they walk through the door. Sometimes people come in just to ask a quick question about a product, and we do what we can to help them out. Sanand has grown a lot lately, but the shopping center still feels like a local hub for us. We don’t use any fancy computer systems for every little thing; some stuff is still done the old-fashioned way with a pen and paper. It’s a straightforward job, really. We buy the stock, we sell it, and we make sure the shop stays clean. It gets pretty busy on market days, but we manage. We’re just glad to be part of the community.
