Shreem Steel

Shreem Steel is located at Plot No. 62/5 in Phase-I. It’s a fairly basic setup with a yard for the material and a small shed that serves as our office. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to move the steel around. The gate is usually open from early morning until late evening. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we all pitch in where it's needed. We don't have a dedicated sales team. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks up. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and writing out receipts by hand. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We aren't looking to expand into some massive company. We just like having a steady flow of work and keeping our regulars happy. The area around Phase-I is mostly other industrial plots, so it's a lot of trucks and noise. We don't mind it much. We’ve got a small stove for making tea, and that’s about the extent of our kitchen. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, and we have to spend a Saturday sorting it all out. It’s just part of the business. We don't try to make it sound better than it is. It’s just us, some steel, and a lot of work to do every day. We just keep things running as they are.
