Shree Radhe Industries

Shree Radhe Industries is located at Plot No- 7 A in the V K Complex in Odhav. We are right opposite the Gurudwara, which is a nice landmark for us. Every morning we can hear the prayers, which is a calm way to start the workday. The complex itself is quite industrial and can get very dusty with all the trucks moving around. We have a manufacturing setup here with a few machines that we keep running as much as possible. It is a bit loud inside the shed, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We are not a massive corporation; we are just a small industrial unit trying to do our job. Most of the workers have been here since we opened. We spend a lot of time maintaining the equipment and making sure we don't run out of raw materials. The office is just a small corner with a desk and a couple of chairs for visitors. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. Odhav is a tough place to work because of the heat and the traffic, but we have made a home for ourselves here. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just make our products, look after our machines, and try to get home at a reasonable hour every evening.
