Shree Momai Roadways

Working in transport means you spend a lot of time in industrial areas, and for us at Shree Momai Roadways, that means being in Vatva Phase 4. Our place is on the Nikkatube Cross Road, right off the Mehmdawad Highway. It’s a perfect spot for trucks because they can get on and off the highway without too much trouble. The area is always full of heavy vehicles, dust, and the smell of diesel. It’s not the prettiest place to work, but it’s where the action is. We have a small office where we keep track of the logbooks and where the drivers are at any given time. There is always a lot of shouting and engine noise in the background, but that’s just the way it goes here. We deal with a lot of different people, from drivers who have been on the road for days to factory managers looking to move their goods. Sometimes the weather makes the highway tricky, and we spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is moving okay. We don’t have fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the shortcuts and the local tea stalls that stay open late. It’s a busy life but it keeps us moving, even when things get a bit chaotic with the traffic or scheduling.
