We operate out of the Anisan Business Centre on C.G. Road in Navrangpura. We are in unit G-10, right near the State Bank of India. It’s a central spot, which makes it easier for us to handle the logistics side of things. There is always a lot of traffic on C.G. Road, so it’s a lively place to be. Our office handles the coordination for moving goods from one place to another. There’s a lot of paperwork involved and a lot of time spent on the phone with drivers and warehouse people. We aren't fancy; the office has some basic furniture and a couple of maps on the wall. We mostly focus on making sure things get where they are supposed to go without too much trouble. Sometimes there are delays or things get stuck, and we have to spend the afternoon making calls to sort it out. It can be stressful, but that’s just how the transport business is. We’ve been at this location for a while and know the neighborhood well. There are some good food spots nearby for lunch. We keep a small team and everyone knows their job. We just try to keep the wheels turning and stay on top of the schedules as they come in. It’s a practical job that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We always keep a few pens handy because we are constantly signing forms and delivery notes throughout the day.
