We are set up at Plot No. A 326/327 in Sakar 7. It’s right near the Nehru Bridge Corner on Ashram Road. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of people coming and going. We handle different kinds of metals, mostly for industrial use. The office is busy, and we usually have piles of samples and invoices sitting around. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly organized like a magazine. We know where everything is, though. Most of our day is spent talking to clients and checking on orders. Ashram Road can be a nightmare for traffic and parking, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this business because we saw a need for reliable metal supplies in the city. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge board of directors. It’s just us, making decisions as we go. We’ve had ups and downs like any other business. Sometimes we get the measurements wrong or a shipment is late, but we always try to make it right for the customer. We value the people we work with. Many of our customers have been with us since the beginning. We don't use flashy advertisements or big marketing campaigns. We just rely on doing a decent job every day. If you come by the office, you'll see we're just regular folks working hard to keep things moving. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
