Sheetal Steel

Our shop, Sheetal Steel, is number 603 over in Dariyapur. We are right by the Teen Batti area, which stays crowded from morning until late at night. Gheekanta Road is just a short walk away too. It’s a tight space, and we have steel pieces leaning against the walls most of the time. You have to watch your step when you walk in. The noise of the traffic outside is constant, and you can always hear horns honking near Teen Batti. We’ve been operating out of this spot for years. It’s an old building, so the walls aren't perfectly straight and the floor has some chips in it, but it works for what we need. Dealing with steel is heavy work, and by the end of the day, our hands are usually covered in grit. We don't have fancy air conditioning or bright lights. We just use the natural light from the front and a couple of bulbs in the back. Customers usually know what they want before they even get here. They navigate the narrow lanes of Dariyapur and find us tucked in among the other shops. It’s a bit of a maze around here if you aren’t local. Sometimes we sit out front on a stool when things are slow, just watching the bikes go by. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it seem like more than it is. We just sell the steel people need for their construction work and go home.
