Heil Pharma

Our place is at A-114 in the Shayona Center, which is tucked inside the Banshibhar Mill Compound over in Memco. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here at Heil Pharma for quite some time now. Getting to the office involves navigating through the compound, which can be a bit of a headache if you’re trying to park a large vehicle, but you get used to the rhythm of it. The building itself has that worn-in feel of a place where actual work happens every day. It’s not polished or shiny, just concrete and metal and the sound of people moving things around. Inside our unit, it's mostly rows of shelves and some desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time just managing the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. The air in the compound usually carries a bit of that industrial scent, and you can hear the distant hum of machinery from the other units nearby. Memco isn’t the kind of place people go for a stroll, but it’s where we get things done. Some mornings are slow, and we just drink tea while looking out at the traffic, but other times it’s a total rush. We don’t really bother with fancy decorations or anything. As long as the lights work and the space is organized, we are happy. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people.
