Shaameena Tour & Travels. We are based in Ahmedabad. You can find us through Zaiah Ansari’s place. We deal with travel stuff all day. People come in asking about bus tickets or planning trips to see family. It is a small setup, nothing too grand. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking schedules and prices. The office is usually full of maps and old brochures. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to travel at the same time, especially during the holidays. We know the local routes pretty well. We have been doing this for a bit now and we know how the traffic works around here. It's mostly just helping folks get from one place to another without too much trouble. We drink a lot of chai while we work. The neighborhood is lively and there is always something going on outside. We don't have a big fancy website or anything, just this office where we talk to people face to face. It feels more natural that way. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer. If someone needs a car or a ticket, we see what we can do. It's a simple business. We just stay busy and try to make sure nobody misses their ride. Ahmedabad is a big place so there is always someone needing to go somewhere. We just keep the doors open.
