Scott Steel & Engg. Inds. is located over at 16/17, Alpakunj Society in Paldi Bhattha. It’s a bit of a different spot because it’s near the society area, but we’ve made it work for a long time. We do engineering work and deal with steel supplies. It’s a family-style environment here, not really a big factory feel. We have our desks and our small workshop area where we figure out the engineering side of things. Paldi is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always traffic and noise outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to suppliers to make sure we have what people need. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just explain what we can do when someone asks. Sometimes we're running a bit behind, or a delivery is late, but we always try to sort it out. It’s just how a small business operates. We’ve been part of the Paldi Bhattha community for a while now. The space is a bit tight with all the steel and files, but we know where everything is. It’s our way of doing things and it works for us and the people we work with. We aren't looking to change much, just keep the business running as it always has.
