Save Culture Save India Foundation

Save Culture Save India Foundation is tucked away at Survey No 576 in the Gurjari Co-op Housing Society. We are right in Ahmedabad City, specifically the 380051 area of Gujarat. It is a residential-feeling spot for a foundation, but it works for what we do. There are a few of us here who handle the day-to-day things. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is more of a place where people sit around a table and figure things out. Ahmedabad is a big city, but our little corner in the society is relatively calm. We spend our time working on projects that focus on our local culture. It is not about being the biggest group out there; we just want to do our part. The office has piles of papers and books everywhere. It feels lived-in. We are not really into polished presentations or corporate talk. We just speak plainly about what is going on. Sometimes the neighbors drop by to say hello. Being part of a housing society means we are right in the middle of the community. It is a good reminder of why we started this in the first place. We do not have a massive budget, so we have to be smart about how we use our time. It is a modest setup, but it is ours. We just keep plugging away at the work, one day at a time, without any fuss.
