Chitra Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the ninth floor, specifically A-903 in Titanium Square. We’re right near the Thaltej Cross Road on the S.G. Highway. It’s a big building, so it can take a minute to find the right elevator, especially when everyone is coming in for work at the same time. Being up so high gives us a pretty good view of Thaltej, though most of the time we are too busy to really look out the window. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking on the phone. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't really feel corporate in the way people usually think. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to get through our tasks. The crossroad outside is always a bit of a mess with construction and cars, but once you’re up here in A-903, it’s relatively calm. We handle a lot of import and export stuff, which involves a lot of back and forth with different agents. There’s always someone coming in or out with a stack of papers. We have a small table in the corner where we eat lunch together when we have the time. It’s a functional space. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the job, and head home to our families.
