Om Import

You can find us at B-9 in the Sardar Patel Mall on Nikol Gam Road. It’s a familiar building in this part of the city, and being in block B makes us easy enough to locate once you’re inside the mall. Our office is where we handle all the details for our import operations. It’s not a big fancy showroom or anything like that, just a regular mall office with a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets everywhere. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the local deliveries are scheduled correctly for our clients. Nikol Gam Road is always full of energy, and there is plenty of food and tea available just a few steps from our door. We like being in the mall because it’s convenient, though sometimes the weekend crowds make it a bit of a challenge if we have to stop by on a Saturday morning. Inside the office, things are pretty low-key. We have our computers, a couple of fans for when it gets hot, and a big table where we spread out the manifests to check them over. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing ourselves; we just focus on the work that comes in and try to stay organized. It’s a practical way to run a business, and being in a well-known spot like Sardar Patel Mall helps keep things simple for everyone we work with on a daily basis.
