Alley Impex

So, Alley Impex is based in the Nariman Building. We are in unit A/7 on C.G. Road. If you know this area, then you know it can get pretty crowded with cars and people walking around. Our office is just one of many in this building. It’s an older place, but it has some character. We have been here for a bit, and the walls are filled with some old calendars and various charts we use. The desk I sit at has a bit of a wobble, but I’ve put a piece of folded paper under the leg to fix it. We do a lot of our work over the phone and on the computer. It’s mostly just talking to people and checking on shipments all day. The Nariman Building has a lot of stairs, which I guess is good for exercise since the lift is often slow or full. We aren't really trying to impress anyone with a sleek or modern office. It’s just a place to get the day’s work done. Sometimes we go downstairs to get some snacks from the street vendors on C.G. Road. It’s a good spot to be in the middle of everything. We keep the door open most days to let some air in, though the noise from the street can be a bit much. Alley Impex isn't a huge operation or anything. It’s just a few of us making sure things get where they need to go. We've stayed here because it's convenient for everyone.
