Our office is located at No. 9-10 on the first floor of the Satyam Complex. We are right near the IOC petrol pump, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are driving through the Dwarka area. The Satyam Complex is a local hub for all sorts of small businesses, so there’s always a mix of people in the corridors and on the stairs. We are up on the first floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street and the petrol pump activity down below. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. Grado Pharmaceuticals has been here for a while now. The office isn't very big, but it fits our desks and our filing cabinets just fine without feeling too small. We have a couple of ceiling fans that stay on all day to keep the air moving during the hotter months. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but we’ve learned to talk over it and keep working. Most of the people working in the nearby shops know us by name now. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team handling things from these two rooms. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team to push things. We just stay here at Satyam Complex and take care of the business that comes our way every day.
