We've been at the Satyam Complex for a while now. It's easy to find because the IOC petrol pump is right there. We handle pharma products. It's a busy spot. Most of us just show up and get the orders out. We have some space on the first floor. It’s nothing fancy, just a workspace where we keep things organized. Dealing with medicines means we have to be careful with the storage and the paperwork. We don't really have a big reception area or anything. It's mostly just desks and shelves filled with what we need to ship. Most people in the area know us by the petrol pump landmark. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside but we’re used to it. We keep things moving every day. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is slow so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We focus on getting the right items to the right people without a lot of fuss. We've got a small team here. Everyone knows their job. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of things. If you’re coming by, look for the first floor sign. We are usually here from early morning till the evening. That’s pretty much how we run things at Grado Pharmaceuticals.
