We have been here at 377 Kachriya Ni Pole for a good while now. If you know the area, we are right across from the Bala Hanuman Temple on Gandhi Road. It gets pretty busy around here especially in the mornings with everyone heading to the temple. Our shop isn't fancy or anything like those big malls. It is just a regular place where we sell what people need. My father started this and now I help run things. We mostly deal with everyday items that locals look for when they are passing through the pole. Sometimes the traffic on Gandhi Road makes it hard for people to park, so most of our regulars just walk over. We know a lot of the families around here because they've been coming to us for years. It's a small space, filled with stock from floor to ceiling. You might have to wait a minute if I am in the back looking for something specific. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign when they are walking by the temple. It's dusty sometimes because of the main road but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find what a customer asks for. That's pretty much how it goes every day. We open up early, sweep the front, and wait for the first few people to stop in after their morning prayers. It is a simple life here in the middle of the city.
