Zydus Cadila

Zydus Cadila is situated out on the Sarkej-Bavla National Highway 8A, over in Moraiya, Sanand. It’s a pretty large site and there is always some kind of activity going on. Being right next to the highway means we see a lot of traffic, especially big trucks and transport vehicles. It’s definitely not a quiet spot for an office. We have a lot of room out here, which is necessary for the kind of stuff we handle every day. The buildings are built for function, so don’t expect anything fancy when you see them. Most of the people working here live in the nearby areas or come in from the city. Days are spent making sure everything is running the way it’s supposed to. A lot of routine is involved, like checking on the equipment and managing the daily logs. In the summer, the dust from the road can get everywhere, so keeping the inside clean is a constant job. We don’t get many people just dropping by because the location is a bit far out from the main town. It’s a focused environment where everyone just gets on with their specific tasks. Flashy signs or big promotions aren't our style. The people who need us usually know exactly where we are located. It’s just a big, busy place where we try to keep things moving along without any fuss.
