Samerika Fabricators

Our place is Block A-03 in the Shyam Hari Industrial Estate. We’re right near Benzo Products on Plot 3020 in Vatva Phase 4. It’s a busy corner of the GIDC. Fabricating stuff is what we do, and the shop is usually full of half-finished frames and sheets of metal leaning against the walls. It’s not the cleanest place, but that’s the nature of welding and cutting. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start, and they know the equipment better than anyone. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people walking in or calling because they saw our sign while driving through the estate. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and it gets pretty warm inside, but we’ve got some big fans that help a bit. It’s a straightforward operation. We get the material, we look at the sketches, and we start putting things together. There’s always the smell of burnt metal and paint in the air. We try to keep things moving so the floor stays somewhat clear, but it’s a constant battle with the scrap metal. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done in this part of Vatva. We don't have any fancy titles here, everyone just chips in and gets the fabrication done so we can get home to our families in the evening.
