We are located at unit number 10 in the Sumeru Centre, which is right near the Parimal Crossing on C G Road. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of the city, especially since we are so close to the Suvidha Shopping Centre. C G Road is always humming with people and cars, but our little corner inside the centre stays relatively calm most of the time. We have been providing electrical services from this location for quite a long time now. It is mostly just me and two other technicians who handle the day-to-day work. Our main workspace is usually filled up with tangled wires, various testing equipment, and heaps of parts waiting to be repaired. It probably looks like a bit of a mess to any outsider who walks in, but we have our own way of finding things. We do not go in for any fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We just have some old plastic chairs tucked against the wall for when people need to sit and wait for a few minutes. Most of our actual work happens on the long wooden bench we have set up at the very back of the shop. We get all sorts of different people walking in, from other shop owners in the building to residents from the nearby apartment flats. We try to be as straightforward as we can about what can actually be fixed. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
