We operate out of I/ 2 in Madhuram Flats. It’s right behind the HP petrol pump near the Jivraj Park crossroad. It’s a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office complex. Being near the crossroad means there’s always noise from the traffic and the petrol pump, but you get used to it after a week. We’ve set up our little pharmaceutical operation here because it’s a convenient location for people to find. We don't have a massive warehouse, just enough space to keep things moving. Most days, it's just about taking orders and talking to suppliers. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we’re carrying boxes. It’s a small team, maybe just a couple of us most of the time. We know the neighbors and the guys at the pump. It’s a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in, but we make it work by stacking things neatly. We keep the tea kettle going pretty much all day. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don't need a lot of fancy tech or a high-rise view. Just a reliable spot near a busy road where we can get our work done. It’s practical and it works for what we do. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a minute to breathe when the phone stops ringing. It's a modest setup but we like it that way.
