Sahaj Steel

Sahaj Steel is located at E-221 in the GIDC Estate, right in Sector 26. This area is full of different industries and workshops, so we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar hard work. Being in GIDC means we have to deal with the rules of the estate, but it also means we are close to our suppliers and other steel workers. Our unit is a straightforward metal shed where we keep all our stock and do our daily cutting or loading. It is a very practical space with no room for anything that isn't necessary for the job. We spend our time managing the inventory and making sure that the steel is handled safely. The machines make a lot of noise, and you have to speak up to be heard over the clanging of the bars. Sector 26 is a well-known spot for this kind of work in the region. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website; we just rely on the work we do every day. The floor is concrete and often covered in metal scraps, so we have to be careful where we step. We start early and often stay late if there is a big load that needs to go out the next morning. It is a simple life of labor and metal, and we are quite content with that. Most people who come here have been doing business with us for years, so we don't need to explain much. We just weigh the material and get it ready.
