Rushabh Technocast Pvt. Ltd. is situated at A-34/35 in the Mahagujarat Industrial Estate. We are right off the Bavla Bagodara Highway. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it gives us the space we need for the casting work. The industrial estate is huge and can be a bit confusing if you aren’t used to it. We have a couple of large units where the main work happens. There is always a lot of dust from the sand and the metal. It’s a loud place most of the time. The highway noise blends in with the sound of our machines. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a shiny building. It’s a practical workspace built for heavy lifting. Most of the guys live nearby or commute from the local towns. We spend our days checking molds and pouring metal. It’s hot, sweaty work, especially in the summer months. We have a small area for lunch where we sit and talk about whatever is going on. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don't use much fancy technology for the sake of it. We stick to the methods that we know work. Being on the highway makes it easy for the trucks to come and go. It’s a basic, functional setup that has served us well over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It’s what we know and we are comfortable with this pace.
