Ashspura Minechem Ltd.

Our office is at A/4, Ruchi Apartments, which is near the Lad Society Road in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. Ashspura Minechem Ltd. has been operating from this side of town for quite some time now. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the industrial zones. We deal with minerals and chemicals, which means a lot of paperwork and logistics. Most of the time we are on the phone or sending emails to coordinate shipments from the mines to the processing plants. It’s a lot of coordination. Our office is cozy, maybe a bit too cozy when everyone is in at the same time. There are files stacked on desks and maps on the walls showing where everything is located. Ahmedabad is a hot city, but we have a decent breeze coming through the windows most days. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We’ve got a small team here who really knows the mining business. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people. We just focus on getting the minerals where they need to go. It’s a steady business and we’ve been at it for years. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It feels like home to us, and we plan on staying.
