Earthmin Minerals

Earthmin Minerals is situated in the G.I.D.C Naroda Industrial Township. We are at Plot No. 415 in Phase Iv. If you have ever been to Naroda, you know it is a massive place filled with factories and warehouses. Our plot is right in the middle of all that activity. There is always a layer of fine dust on everything because of the minerals we work with. It’s just part of the job. The yard is usually full of raw materials waiting to be processed or loaded onto trucks. We have some heavy machinery that makes a lot of noise, but it’s the sound of work being done. The office is a separate little building on the side where it’s a bit quieter. We spend our time there talking to suppliers and coordinating the logistics of getting minerals from one place to another. It isn't a glamorous job. It’s hot, dusty, and loud, but it’s what we know. Most of us have been working in this industrial area for years, so we are used to the rhythm of the place. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because the people we deal with just want to know if we have the material and when it can be delivered. We keep things simple and direct. Every day is pretty much the same, starting early and finishing up once the last truck is gone. It's hard work, but it's what keeps the place running through the week.
