Ruchika Recruitment Services is tucked away in the Dreamland Apartments, right near Vijay Char Rasta in Navrangpura. If you know Ahmedabad, you know that intersection is always packed with cars and people. Our office is at 4/B, and it’s a place where we spend a lot of time looking through resumes and talking to people about their jobs. It isn't a massive operation, but we stay busy enough with the folks who walk in. The Navrangpura area is great because everything is close by, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. We’ve been helping people find work for some time now, and it’s interesting to see who comes through the door. Some people are just starting out and others have been working for twenty years. We sit here at our desks, making calls and trying to match the right person with the right company. It's mostly about listening to what people need and seeing if we can help them out. We don’t use any high-tech systems that make things complicated; we just talk to people. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes with all the files, but it feels like home to us. Being near the crossroads means we see a lot of the city’s energy every single day. We are just a group of regular people working in recruitment, trying to keep things moving along for everyone who asks for help.
