Roles & Responsibility

We are based in Ahmedabad, specifically in Jay Ambe Nagar. The address is E-97, which is pretty easy to spot once you get into the lanes. Gujarat weather is usually hot, so we spend a lot of time inside this office. Roles & Responsibility has been here for a bit now. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big lobby with a receptionist sitting at a marble desk. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. The 380054 zip code is a busy one. There are shops and houses all mixed together. We like being in a neighborhood rather than a cold office building. It feels more real. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. People come here when they are looking for work or need help with staff. We just sit down and talk it out. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually grab something in the afternoon. It's just a regular day-to-day business. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems. If you need us, we are usually here from morning until the evening. The street gets crowded during the festive times, but otherwise, it's just the usual Ahmedabad hustle. We keep our doors open and just focus on the tasks at hand. It is simple but it works for us.
