Remedick (India)

Our company is called Remedick (India) and we are located in Narol. It’s an industrial kind of area, so there’s always a lot of activity and noise from the nearby factories. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good number of years. It’s a functional building, mostly just open floor space with some offices partitioned off at the back. We do a lot of manufacturing and packing here. It can get pretty hot in the summer because the building is mostly metal, so we have a few big fans going all day to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. The team here is mostly locals from the Narol area. We know each other well and we just get on with the job without much fuss. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for working in a warehouse. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. We just deal with our customers directly over the phone or when they come to visit the site. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we have a big shipment coming in or going out, but we always get it sorted eventually. It's just a regular workplace with regular people trying to make an honest living here in this part of the city where we have been for so many years.
