We are right at 22/225 on the first floor. Our office is near the Mahanandeeswara Temple in Nandyal, which is in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. Being near a temple means there is always some activity outside, sometimes music or people visiting. It’s a good landmark because everyone in Nandyal knows where the temple is. Reliance Hr Services Pvt.Ltd handles HR work, so we have people coming in and out quite a bit looking for work or asking questions about their papers. The office is a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we make it work. Since we are on the first floor, you have to walk up some narrow stairs to find us. It’s just a regular room with some files and desks. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just help people find jobs and deal with the paperwork that comes with it. The local weather in Kurnool is usually quite warm, so the office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons. We just open the windows and keep going. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on expensive furniture. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to folks who walk in. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here in Nandyal. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to everyone who stops by with a resume.
