Our recruitment and staffing office is located at C 42 in the Sugam Apartments. We are based in Ahmedabad, right in the 380015 zip code area. It’s a pretty standard apartment setup that we’ve converted into a workspace. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us opening the door when someone comes for an interview. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of printed resumes that we try to keep organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. We spend most of our time on the phone or sending out emails to different companies around Gujarat. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when we have a few candidates waiting in the hall. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of our work is just talking to people and seeing if they’d be a good fit for the jobs we have on file. The apartment has a nice breeze when the windows are open, which helps during the hotter months in Ahmedabad. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s just a regular job for us. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to help people find a decent paycheck and help businesses find someone who will actually show up on time. It is straightforward work done from a simple home-office environment without any of the usual corporate fluff or empty promises.
