Recruitment Company.

We’ve been running this recruitment company from GF-6 in Gayatri Flats for a while now. It’s a decent spot right behind Shantivan School on Ajwa Road here in Baroda. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking through piles of resumes and taking calls from people who need work. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Sachin handles a lot of the paperwork. We get a mix of folks walking in, some fresh out of college and others who’ve been around the block a few times. The school kids nearby make a lot of noise when they get out in the afternoon, which is usually when we try to take our tea break. It’s a busy neighborhood. We just try to get people placed where they fit. Sometimes it’s hard finding the right match, but we keep at it. The Ajwa Road traffic can be a mess in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up before the rush hits. It’s just a straightforward operation. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just know the local market and who’s hiring in the area. If someone needs a job or a company needs a hand, they find their way to our door. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We’ve seen Baroda change a lot from this little ground floor office.
