Real Time Technologies operates out of a row house in the Satellite area. We are at 10/11 Vasupujya Row House. It's right opposite Fun Republic at the Ramdevnagar Cross Roads. It doesn't feel like a typical office building because it’s a row house, which we actually like. It’s a bit more relaxed than being in a high-rise. We do tech work, mostly stuff related to the Silicon Valley region group. There’s always someone working on a computer here. The area is pretty active, especially with the mall across the street. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the cross roads, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk to each other across the room. The space is filled with equipment and some old furniture we’ve had for a long time. It’s not about looking polished for us. We just want to make sure the tech is running right. Some days are longer than others, especially when we’re dealing with different time zones. We take our breaks at the local cafes nearby. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’ve been here in Ahmedabad for a while and know the neighborhood well. It's a bit noisy with the traffic from the cross roads but you get used to it after a week or two.
