Real Dye-Chem Industries

Our factory is tucked away in Phase-I of the GIDC Estate in Vatva. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there aren't many trees or parks around, just a lot of sheds and trucks. We spend our time working with various chemicals and dyes. It’s a messy job sometimes, and you’ll often see some of us with bright stains on our clothes or hands by the end of the shift. We’ve got the mixing tanks and the storage area all set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit chaotic to an outsider. The smell of the chemicals is something you stop noticing after the first hour of being here. We’ve got a small office at the front where the billing and orders happen. It’s mostly just metal desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days and don't close right. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us coming off the factory floor to see what you need. The heat in Vatva can be brutal in the summer, especially inside a metal shed, so we drink a lot of water and keep the big doors open for whatever breeze we can get. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now. Most of the guys here have been with us since the very start. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the dye orders out to the customers on time.
