We’ve been running Reach Management Consultants Pvt Limited out of our ground floor office in Iblur for a while now. If you know Om Shakti Heritage, we’re in Wing C, right at Flat No. 6. It’s a quiet spot in Bangalore but we stay busy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and paperwork. People come in looking for advice on how to handle their staff or find new hires. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and talk things through. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that's just Bangalore for you. We mostly deal with local companies and individuals who need a hand with management stuff. It’s a small team here. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes complicated processes when they're just trying to get work done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up shop here. Some days are faster than others. We handle a lot of the back-end details that businesses often struggle with. It’s not flashy work, but it needs to be done right. If someone is looking for us, they usually just drop by Wing C. We usually have some tea going and a lot of files on the desk. It’s just how we work. Nothing too formal, just trying to help people get their management sorted out. We like the quiet vibe here.
