Ratneshwari Industries

Ratneshwari Industries is situated at K/12 in the Shakriba Estate. We are tucked in behind the Indo German Tool Room over in Phase-Iv of Gidc. It’s a massive industrial zone, so it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the turns. We have been working out of this unit for quite a while. The place is filled with the smell of coolant and the sound of machines humming along. It is definitely an industrial setting, nothing fancy or corporate about it. We spend most of our hours making sure the production stays on track. The estate is always buzzing with activity, trucks coming in with materials and leaving with finished goods. We aren't interested in being the biggest shop in the Gidc, just in doing our work properly. The walls are a bit stained and the floor has seen better days, but that’s what happens in a real factory. We don't have a big staff, just some hardworking guys who know their way around the tools. Most of the day is spent checking measurements and running the equipment. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. We don't do much talking when the machines are running loud. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get the orders ready on time.
