Ambica Industries

Ambica Industries is tucked away at Plot No. 2014 in Phase-4 of the Vatva GIDC. If you know Vatva, you know it is a massive industrial area and it can be easy to get lost in all the phases, but we have been at this specific spot long enough that the local tempo feels natural to us. The building is a basic industrial shed, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it is all about the production line. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time, and we mostly just focus on hitting our daily targets without too much fuss. There isn't any corporate hierarchy here where everyone wears suits. Usually, you will find the person in charge wearing the same dusty clothes as everyone else because there is always something that needs fixing or moving. We do not have a big PR department or a mission statement pinned to the wall. We just make sure the machines are oiled and the orders are packed up for the evening pickup. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the roads around Phase-4 a bit of a mess, which slows things down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a very practical environment where we value getting the job done over looking important. We are just another part of the Vatva landscape, working through the week and taking our breaks when we can.
