Ratnesh Metal Pvt Ltd is situated right by the Rajendra Sweet Mart in Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty easy place to find because everyone knows the sweet shop. Our side of the business is a lot less sugary and a lot more industrial. We deal with various metal products and have a lot of inventory moving through the gates every day. The yard is usually a bit of a mess with scraps and different metal pieces piled up, but we know where everything is. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. Most of our work happens in a space that’s a bit noisy and dusty. We don't wear ties or suits here; it’s mostly just jeans and old shirts that can handle a bit of dirt. The office is a small room where we keep the ledgers and handle the orders. It’s got a couple of old fans that hum all day long. We don't try to impress people with big corporate talk. If someone needs a specific type of metal, we tell them if we have it and what it costs. It’s a simple way of doing things that has worked for us for years.
