Ratnamani Engg. Works

Ratnamani Engg. Works is located at No. 77/78 in Kamal Estate. We’re pretty easy to find if you know where the Bombay Conductor or Samir Hotel is in the Ghodasar area of Vatva. Being in two units, 77 and 78, gives us a bit more room to spread out our equipment and materials. It’s a busy part of town, and there's always traffic near the hotel, which keeps things lively. Our workshop is usually full of metal scraps and the smell of welding. We don’t really have a front desk or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a tool at the moment. We’ve been operating out of this estate for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the lathes are turning correctly. It’s a straightforward business. We don't do much advertising because most people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we know where everything is kept. When the power goes out, we usually just take a tea break and wait for it to come back so we can finish the shift. We aren’t trying to be the biggest shop in Vatva, just a reliable one where you get what you pay for. It’s hard work, but we like it that way. We just keep moving forward, one piece of metal at a time.
