Jay Impex

Our place is at 16/b in the Nathalal Park Society. We are right near the Balol Nagar Cross Road in Ranip. It's a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops. We’ve been running Jay Impex from here for a while now. The office is basically just a room with some desks and a couple of filing cabinets. We do a lot of import and export work, which keeps us on our toes. There’s always some paperwork to fill out or a supplier to call. We aren't a big firm, just a few people trying to make a living. We know the local area well and often walk over to the cross road for snacks or to meet people. The space can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of samples arriving. We try to keep everything organized, but it’s not always perfect. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact house in the society, so we have to go out and wave them down. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a big sales team. We just talk to people honestly and try to do what we said we would. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it seems to work for us. We enjoy being based in Ranip where everything is familiar.
